Attraverso la nostra particolare attenzione, quando attraverso la quiete meditativa " lasciamo andare" ogni cosa e ci rendiamo vuoti, in ascolto, come altenne riceventi, possiamo scoprire come ogni cosa sia permeata di un linguaggio ed una presenza che sono parte del nostro Essere, questo è un modo nuovo di scoprire e decodificare gli eventi, per percorrere quel particolare processo di evoluzione che ci rende aperti al Divino.Regno della Consapevolezza si manifesta particolarmente quando subentra la quiete, quando la calma è profonda , quando l'uomo è immerso nella riflessione, ignorando le voci circostanti;..solo a queste condizioni si manifesta la voce dell'Essere o Sè superiore.

L'Essere è parte della Mente Universale, è onnisciente sul suo piano (causale), agisce potenzialmente nei mondi inferiori ,tramite il sè personale.Il corpo Causale in cui esso risiede, è il veicolo che contiene ogni aspetto della saggezza, accumulata in tutte le precedenti esperienze di vita da ogni singolo individuo, ed è da questa sorgente che il suo mentale inferiore riceve lampi di sensitività, trasmessi a certe cellule del cervello fisico e trasformando l'uomo in un saggio ed attribuendogli anche poteri di chiaroveggenza e quant'altro.Una volta raggiunta la padronanza delle emozioni, il mentale inferiore si identifica alla sua sorgente unendosi ad essa e formando unità nel piano mentale.Un' entità che raggiunga questo stato avanzato, non necessiterebbe piu' di un' ulteriore incarnazione, benchè questa possa essere "volontariamente" desiderata.Man mano che l'uomo progredisce si trasferirà sempre piu' in alto e sarà guidato da idee sempre piu' alte e qualificanti, piuttosto che da interessi , da desideri o ... emozioni.

Il Se superiore è la nostra "parte" divina.Gli ebrei la chiamavano shekinah ad esempio altri in altri modi.l'uomo è parte materiale parte spirituale.l'optimum sta nell'equilibrioEquilibrio che si ottiene quando anima (ove è nascosto il Se superiore) mente e corpo viaggiano all'unisono.La ricerca umana parte all'" indietro".Scavando nel profondo di se stessi occorre fare emergere rancori, dissapori ecc. ecc. legati ai condizionamenti in questa vita (occorre inizialmente "Pulirsi", sfregare la lampada di Aladino)per fare in modo che a un certo punto emerga il Se (il Genio della lampada)Una volta emerso occorre stabilire una connessione costante e continua con esso e "risorgere" a Uomo (con la U maiuscola)Il sé, secondo la definizione di C.G. Jung, non corrisponde all’Io, ma piuttosto a una totalità psichica avvicinabile all’idea di anima. Il sé possiede una dimensione supplementare, universale. Gli psicologi del transpersonale parlano anche di “ sé superiore ”. Il sé è condizionato dalla “ persona ”, la personalità sociale, esteriore.

Quando quest’ultima componente assume troppa importanza, l’equilibrio dell’individuo è infranto e si perde il contatto con il proprio sé profondo.Ma ecco una tappa del viaggio che affronteremo per confrontare le varie vie per conoscere e comprendere la " voce" del Sè Superiore.

Questa nostra prima tappa tocca la tradizione e conoscenza dei popolo Huna:

Sciamanesimo, in antropologia culturale, è un termine che indica l'insieme delle credenze ed il modo di vivere e di vedere il mondo, di società animiste non alfabetizzate, imperniato intorno ad una particolare figura di guaritore-saggio ed alla sua attività magico-religiosa: lo sciamano.


Lo sciamanesimo si riferisce a una vasta gamma di credenze e pratiche tradizionali che comprende la capacità di diagnosticare e curare malattie, nonché tutti i possibili problemi della comunità e del singolo, dal come procurarsi il cibo al come sbarazzarsi dei nemici. Ciò attraverso l'asserita capacità dello sciamano di "viaggiare" in stato di trance nel mondo degli spiriti e di utilizzare i loro poteri. È questa la principale caratteristica dello sciamano che lo contraddistingue da altre forme di guaritore.

Lo sciamanesimo è un'antichissima pratica transculturale che presenta caratteri distintivi ben precisi e comuni, all'interno di una struttura flessibile, capace cioè di adattarsi a diverse culture e religioni.Elementi fondamentali caratterizzanti [modifica]Secondo l'antropologia ufficiale, gli elementi fondamentali caratterizzanti dello sciamano, comuni a tutti i luoghi ove la credenza sciamanica si sia diffusa e pressoché identici dall'Australia alle Americhe, all'Asia, sono:

1. La chiamata sciamanica. Lo sciamano, prima di diventare sciamano, asserisce di ricevere una "chiamata" da parte degli "spiriti", alla quale non può rifiutarsi di rispondere positivamente.

2. Il viaggio sciamanico. Un "viaggio" mentale, onirico nel "mondo degli spiriti", che lo sciamano compie alla propria investitura e successivamente, con modalità differenti (a volte anche per mezzo di allucinogeni), ad ogni suo intervento volto a risolvere problemi propri, della comunità o di singoli. Le fasi caratteristiche del "viaggio" sono: 1. trance (stato psichico alterato che in alcuni casi viene raggiunto tramite l'uso di allucinogeni e che permane per tutta la durata del "viaggio"),

3. metamorfosi, lo sciamano si trasforma (durante il viaggio, quindi in sogno) nell'animale che lo protegge e da cui deriva il proprio potere. 3. combattimento (compie durante il viaggio combattimenti contro gli spiriti ed altri sciamani). 4. ritorno (lo sciamano "rientra" dal "viaggio" con la soluzione al problema) 4. ANARGIRISMO, ovvero il divieto per lo sciamano di ricevere compensi in denaro (pena la perdita del potere sciamanico).

Il movimento New Age si è di recente sincreticamente appropriato di idee prese dallo sciamanesimo, come anche di credenze e pratiche di religioni orientali e di una gran varietà di culture indigene. Esistono pure, in circoli esoterici ed occultistici, legati anche a movimenti neopagani del Nord Europa, altri tentativi moderni di reinvenzione dello sciamanesimo [4]Come negli altri casi, anche nel caso dello sciamanesimo, le culture che praticano originariamente queste tradizioni, molto spesso condannano il movimento New Age e gli altri movimenti per l'uso non corretto, superficiale e frainteso che fanno delle loro pratiche tradizionali e dei termini; e li chiamano, in senso dispregiativo, "sciamani di plastica".

Tutto ciò ha poco a che fare con lo studio antropologico culturale dello Sciamanesimo e viene chiamato nel suo insieme sinteticamente Neosciamanesimo.

Secondo la filosofia Huna ogni essere umano ha tre SE':

KU – subconscio, corpo, cuore

LONO – conscio, mente, mente conscia

KANE – superconscio, il Sé Superiore, lo spiritoSi tratta di una suddivisione meramente utile a livello descrittivo, in quanto sono tre aspetti di un tutto unico, che avendo però funzioni separate hanno bisogno di cooperare e interagire in modo armonico affinché la persona possa dirsi sana e in grado di vivere una vita soddisfacente.

KANE: l’aspetto spirituale, il Sé Superiore. Nella tradizione hawaiiana viene anche indicato con il nome di Aumakua.Kane offre guida, ispirazione, informazione, in una parola creatività, sotto forma di esperienza fisica, emozionale, mentale.Kane non dà ordini. La sua motivazione principale è l’armonia. Quando decidiamo da soli cosa vogliamo fare, allora il supercosciente Kane ci fornisce nuove idee, stimoli, rinnovato vigore, conoscenza al fine di poter compiere l’azione decisa nel miglior modo possibile.

Kane interferisce solo in quei casi in cui sta per accadere qualcosa che ostacolerebbe, direttamente o indirettamente, il raggiungere il proprio destino o che causerebbe del danno al destino altrui. Questi casi sono descrivibili come “piccoli incidenti”, interruzioni apparentemente casuali (ma volute da Kane) in quel che si sta facendo.Serge Kahili King, sciamano Huna, è solito raccontare un episodio in cui si trovò a cena con altre persone: tra esse una signora stava cominciando a raccontare qualcosa; la mano di Serge, prendendo un oggetto, improvvisamente fece uno scatto sulla destra causando il rovesciamento di un bicchiere di vino sulla signora.

La signora si interruppe e in seguito non seppe più cosa stava per dire. In questo esempio Kane intervenne per evitare che il racconto della signora potesse avere delle conseguenze dannose (in termini di destino) su qualcuno dei presenti.

Kane utilizza l’energia dell’universo e questa energia alimenta, mantiene e trasforma il sogno che è la vita, Lono crea un modello decidendo cosa è vero e cosa no e attraverso l’immaginazione dirige l’energia, Ku recepisce questo modello e lo memorizza e ci fa vivere l’esperienza dei suoi effetti e Kane, con l’energia e la creatività fornisce costantemente l’ispirazione per migliorare il modello, in un ciclo senza fine, verso l’armonia.

Il contatto con la nostra parte spirituale si configura così come naturale e semplice, in quanto nulla è più intimamente parte di noi di quanto lo sia lo spirito.Il SE’ SUPERIORE… perché bisogna imparare a distinguerlo dal sé inferiore. Vediamo brevemente il sé inferiore: l'ego --> sono gli istinti di origine animale, l'accoppiamento, la competizione per l'accoppiamento, per il territorio, l'istinto a mangiare e in abbondanza per compensare i periodi di carestia. Questa parte istintiva è molto forte, la lotta prevale e viene compensata con brevi periodi di piacere.

Nella sua evoluzione, agli istinti sono state aggiunte le componenti umane dei sentimenti e alla legge del più forte prevale il senso di difesa e aiuto del più debole, all'istinto del solo accoppiamento prevale la soddisfazione del sesso con amore, con la consapevolezza che la soddisfazione è di gran lunga maggiore, dalla competizione per vincere e predominare su chi perde, all'uso dell'intelligenza, della saggezza dove la collaborazione per un miglioramento collettivo si sostituisce alla lenta evoluzione della lotta… di origine animale.

IL Sé superiore è la Consapevolezza di Essere, di determinare ciò che accade.Le emozioni sono la guida del Sé superiore, mai smettono di avvertirci, non a caso vengono chiamati stati d'animo e viene anche chiamata Coscienza la voce interiore che ci guida verso le mete più alte, ma per riuscire ad ascoltarla bisogna essere in pace… quando manca la pace, la voce della coscienza è sovrastata dai fragori degli istinti e dalle sirene dei sogni di potere… l'apparenza prende il posto dell'essere, ma alla prima avvisaglia di sconfitta vengono fuori tutte le paure.. senza la pace la guida interiore viene male interpretata e si corre dietro alle false euforie dell'ego, per pagarle in seguito con la rabbia seguita dalla depressione e dalla disperazione.

A qualcuno sembrerà strano ciò che sto per dire, ma è proprio il dolore,… la malattia… il motore principale per ritornare verso se stessi a noi il compito di ritrovare la pace per poter ascoltare in seguito il sé superiore. Il fine del Sé superiore è L'evoluzione da animale ad umana: quella di riconoscere e i messaggi dell'Ego e di imparare a distinguerli da quelli del Sé superiore.Voglio fare una comparazione di come si distingue un messaggio dell'Ego da un messaggio del sé superiore.

L'Ego è supportato dagli istinti animali dell'accoppiamento, del piacere del cibo e dalla competizione per ottenere questi elementi.

Il Sé superiore è supportato dai sentimenti e gli istinti si evolvono in: sesso con amore, cibo per il benessere, la competizione si trasforma in confronto per una crescita comune.

Il potere dell'Ego è di creare l'illusione di apparire superiore, di apparire unico e diverso da tutti e la critica è la sua arma migliore nel tentativo di abbassare gli altri per emergere. [Ego di Potere]

Il Sé superiore ci porta soltanto ad essere realmente invece di apparire. La critica degli altri si evolve in comprensione per coloro che si devono ancora evolvere.

Di fronte agli errori l'Ego cerca sempre la colpa esterna a se stesso, perché il conflitto è la sua natura.

Il Sé superiore di fronte agli errori ci indirizza soltanto a cercare le soluzioni. Per il Sé superiore la colpa è la più grande delle illusioni, la causa principale del conflitto.

L'Ego sposta sempre i pensieri al passato a recriminare e al futuro ad ipotizzare a creare vari modi possibili di vivere e si dimentica di averli creati solo con la fantasia.

Il Sé superiore ci invita a vivere la vita solo al presente, di gustare a pieno la soddisfazione di vedere i progetti in via di realizzazione, di modificarli e perfezionali sempre di più.

La grande illusione dell'Ego giustifica il malessere del conflitto del presente, perché procurerà un benessere futuro.

Il Sé superiore ci invita a risolvere i conflitti con la verità, riconoscendo l'illusione delle convinzioni e solo con il potere delle nostre condizioni migliori supportati dalla pace e dalla sicurezza.

L'Ego cerca il possesso personale e l'invidia è il suo motore. (Ego di Potere)

Il Sé superiore porta alla condivisione dei beni materiale e favorisce la ricerca della qualità della vita e il benessere per tutti.

Le scelte dell'Ego sono sempre per un guadagno personale a scapito degli altri esseri umani.

Le scelte del Sé superiore sono sempre intelligenti dove il guadagno e per sé e per la collettività.

L'Ego ci trattiene da ogni forma di cambiamento, le abitudini sono la sua forza.

Il messaggio del Sé superiore è di una evoluzione continua verso la determinazione completa della salute, della felicità e di ciò che accade.

Vi erano molte cose, relative alla costituzione dell'uomo, in cui questo riguardevole popolo credeva. Essi praticavano ciò in cui credevano, fintanto che l'uomo bianco, iniziando con i missionari, non ha "lavato il loro cervello" (Luke T. Beazley).

Gli insegnamenti degli Huna, un popolo ora estinto delle isole Hawaii, sono molto simili a quelli relativi all'Iniziazione egiziana nell'Ordine di Melchizedek durante la Terza Dinastia (Joshua David Stone in Hidden Misteries).

Questi insegnamenti, che appartengono a una scienza antica e segreta, sono arrivati a noi tramite le ricerche di Max Freedom Long. Egli venne a conoscenza degli insegnamenti segreti degli Huna per mezzo di Williams Tufts Brigham che aveva passato quarant'anni nelle isole Hawaii, cercando di entrare in conoscenza con gli insegnamenti segreti di questo antico popolo. Brigham aveva potuto ottenere molto informazioni, ma non era riuscito a penetrare gli insegnamenti fino al loro più profondo significato.

Long, arrivato nelle isole Hawaii per lavoro nel 1917, senti parlare del Brigham, lo contattò e divenne particolarmente interessato alle sue ricerche, che divennero il suo studio preferito. Questo suo studio non mancò certo di ostacoli perché gli insegnamenti degli Huna erano stati trasmessi per via orale ed i pochi kahunas (i sacerdoti degli Huna) rimasti in vita non volevano parlare con lui.

Nel 1935 Long riuscì a fare una nuova traduzione dei canti liturgici e preghiere degli Huna, basandosi sul reale ed antico significato delle parole. Questa nuova traduzione rappresentò la chiave con cui riuscì in seguito a comprendere come i kahunas compissero alcune loro azioni che sembravano magiche. Da quel momento Long passò ben quarant'anni studiando e lavorando con gli insegnamenti degli Huna e, al termine della sua vita terrena, nel 1971, le sue ricerche passarono al Dr. E. Otha Wingo, che era a capo della Huna Research Associates (Gruppi di Ricerca sugli Huna).

In seguito il dr. Wingoe scrisse il "Twelve-Lesson Huna Corrspondence Course" (Corso per corrispondenza sugli Huna in Dodici lezioni), dove viene proposto il modo pratico per utilizzare gli insegnamenti dei Kahunas. L'essenza di questi insegnamenti postulano che l'essere umano si compone di tre "sé", o menti autonome tra loro. Esse possono essere facilmente identificate come: mente subconscia, mente consapevole e mente superconscia.

La mente cosciente o sé intermedio.

I kahunas chiamano la mente consapevole "uhane", o "sé intermedio": questa è la parte dell'uomo che è consapevole della sua propria esistenza ed è in grado di ragionare. Il sé intermedio è libero di creare quello che vuole, ma necessità della collaborazione del sé inferiore.

La mente subconscia o sé inferiore.

La mente subconscia viene chiamata "Unihipili" o "sé inferiore". Rappresenta la parte dell'uomo che presenta le informazioni raccolte (percezioni sensoriali, emozioni, ricordi, ecc.) al sé intermedio (mente cosciente) affinché lo valuti con il ragionamento e decida se deve essere accettato oppure no.

Il sé inferiore è la sede della memoria e delle emozioni. Si potrebbe definire il suo modo di ragionare come quello di un animale. Va precisato che il termine "basso" non viene qui utilizzato per classificarlo di poca importanza, ma per precisare che il suo livello di coscienza è inferiore a quello del sé intermedio e il fatto che la sua localizzazione fisica si trova nel plesso solare piuttosto che nella testa.

La mente superconscia o sé superiore.

La terza mente, quella superiore, viene chiamata dai Kahunas "aumakua". Usando la loro definizione essa è "l'anziano parente, spirito fidatissimo e sicuro". Questa mente, o sé superiore, vive in un livello di coscienza assai elevato e al di fuori del corpo fisico. Non interviene negli affari della vita a meno che non gli venga fatta una precisa richiesta. Questo fa parte di una legge cosmica a cui lui stesso deve aderire. Il sé superiore ha una facoltà di ragionamento superiore si quella posseduta dagli altri due sé. E' la parte che, mediante il sé inferiore, può dare informazioni tramite i sogni, oppure fornire intuizioni, e premonizioni.

Gli Huna insegnano che questo sé superiore costruisce il nostro futuro usando i nostri pensieri, speranze, ed i timori che alberga nel sé intermedio e in quello inferiore. Noi costruiamo il nostro futuro.Si suppone pure che il sé superiore possa conoscere il futuro, almeno quello che i nostri pensieri cristallizzati (continuati nel tempo, N.d.R.) hanno già preparato. Secondo questi insegnamenti il futuro cambia in accordo a come cambiano i pensieri giornalieri del sé intermedio e quello inferiore.

Viene anche detto che noi comunichiamo naturalmente con il nostro Sé superiore durante il sonno. è durante questo contatto che la maggior parte dei pensieri formulati durante il giorno viene usata, mediante qualche misterioso meccanismo, per materializzare le condizioni che incontreremo nel nostro futuro. Gli insegnamenti degli Huna dicono che ognuno dei tre sé ha un suo compito ben definito da svolgere nella vita di un individuo. Vita, salute e felicità sono in stretta relazione a come questi tre sé lavorano in modo integrato e armonico.

LA GESTIONE DEL "MANA" O E N E R G I A V I T A L E.

I corpi eterici dei tre sé sono costituiti da una sostanza chiamata "aka", che si presenta appiccicosa ed elastica, infatti può essere estesa senza causarne la rottura. Questa sostanza è un perfetto conduttore di forza vitale. Secondo gli Huna, il sé inferiore è in grado di cambiare, temporaneamente o permanentemente, la sua forma al fine di formare un filo per collegare il sé intermedio con quello superiore. Per capire come viene gestito il mana è necessario conoscere bene come i tre sé, quali entità mentali-energetiche, interagiscono tra loro.

Sostanzialmente l'energia vitale individuale, detta "mana", viene considerata suddivisa in tre diversi livelli. Il livello più basso appartiene al sé inferiore o subconscio. Si pensa che questa energia, quando viene utilizzata dal sé intermedio o mente cosciente, venga elevata ad un maggiore livello di tensione. Nello stesso modo sembra anche che quando viene elevata al livello di coscienza del sé superiore, la tensione salga a un livello ancora maggiore. Pertanto il mana (forza vitale) di una persona cambia a seconda del sé che la sta utilizzando.

Il "corpo" dei tre Sé.

Gli Huna insegnano che ognuno dei tre sé ha un suo proprio corpo sottile detto anche "corpo eterico". Si pensa che ogni cosa esistente nel mondo fisico abbia un suo corpo eterico, che è un esatto duplicato di quello fisico composto di materia densa.

È il corpo eterico che dà la forma e mantiene nel tempo ogni cosa esistente. Tutto ciò che esiste ha il suo corpo eterico.Il corpo eterico del sé inferiore rappresenta la "matrice energetica" di ogni tessuto presente nel corpo fisico, assomiglia a quello fisico, ma è sottile e invisibile. Questo corpo contiene in sé tutti i ricordi degli eventi passati in questa vita. Il corpo eterico del sé intermedio è un veicolo di energia e si trova nella regione della testa fisica.

Il sé intermedio e inferiore interpenetrano il corpo fisico con i loro corpi eterici. Anche il sé superiore ha un suo corpo eterico, ma questi non interpenetra il corpo fisico. È connesso con quello inferiore con una funicella di energia, chiamata "funicella d'argento" da altre Scuole di pensiero. Gli Huna insegnano che il sé superiore esprime tutte le qualità divine: compassione, pazienza, amore, perdono.

Rappresenta l'ideale a cui il sé intermedio deve aspirare in quanto è un livello assai avanzato nei poteri mentali e abilità creative. Il sé superiore viene anche considerato come una comunità di Esseri spirituali. Si considera che ognuno di essi sia una individualità ben distinta, ma sia nel contempo partecipe della coscienza di tutti gli altri. Si pensa pure che in lui compaia una miscela perfetta dei caratteri maschili e femminili, un androgine a tutti gli effetti.

Chi possiede una forte e buona relazione con i suoi sé inferiore e superiore ha sviluppato questi "sottili fili di collegamento" e gli ha trasformati in un robusto collegamento, una vera e propria corda di sostanza "aka", detta "aka cord". È mediante questi fili o corde di aka che viene trasmessa la forza vitale e viaggiano le forme di pensiero.

Noi siamo collegati con moltissime cose.

Ogni volta che noi contattiamo il nostro sé inferiore, il tuo sé superiore, un oggetto o una persona, noi emettiamo dei fili di aka. Quando il contatto avviene tra due persone, un lungo filo appiccicoso si stabilisce tra loro. Se la persona viene contattata altre volte si aggiungono altri fili che, nel tempo, si intrecciano formando una "aka cord". Pertanto due individui che hanno avuto molti contatti sono collegati da una vera e propria corda di sostanza sottile.

La comunicazione telepatica, secondo gli Huna, è possibile perché la forza vitale e le forme pensiero possono trasmettersi mediante la "aka cord". Queste comunicazioni telepatiche di forme pensiero e forza vitale possono avvenire tra i sé superiore, intermedio e inferiore di una stessa persona, oppure tra due persone collegate tra loro con una "aka cord".

Le associazioni di idee.

Ogni nostro pensiero ha un suo corpo sottile di sostanza aka. Nel momento che un pensiero viene formulato viene collegato con un filo di aka ai fili dei pensieri fatti in precedenza. Questo concetto spiega chiaramente come avvengono le associazione delle idee studiate dalla moderna psicologia. In altre parole, un dato pensiero attira a lui i fili dei pensieri a lui similari.

Un altro aspetto estremamente importante degli insegnamenti Huna è l'importanza del "mana", o forza vitale. Mana è l'energia che sta alla base in tutte le cose. È un energia che il nostro sé inferiore assume dall'aria e dal cibo, e quindi lo accumula nel suo corpo eterico.
